We are excited to have the opportunity to host your campers during Summer 2021. We imagine that camp will be a bit different than usual, but not quite as different as last summer. We learned a lot from last summer, and if needed, we are ready to implement any of the protocols that allowed for such a successful camp last summer. We’re sure many of you will have questions about some things. Know that this is a work in progress for us, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have and we can’t wait to see you and your camper.

WHAT IS CAMP MAKIN’ MUSIC?

Your camper will learn songs on multiple instruments and rock out on stage —with no musical experience required! Your camper will join a band with other campers and choose from Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Classic Rock, or any genre that interests them.

WHO CAN MAKE THE BAND?

All rising 5th grade through high school students can attend. Bands will be organized by age. No music experience is required.

WHAT INSTRUMENTS WILL YOUR CAMPER LEARN?

Your camper will receive instruction in five instruments including drums, lead guitar, bass guitar, keyboards, and gain experience in music technology.

WHAT WILL YOUR CAMPER’S DAY/WEEK LOOK LIKE?

• Instrument Instruction (drums, guitar, bass, keys, keyboards, vocals) with gear provided as needed
• Band formation and song collaboration

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP MAKIN’ MUSIC
(We will provide all instruments, but your camper can bring their own!)

Guitarists can bring their guitar or bass, strap, and picks.
Drummers should bring drum sticks.
All campers should bring their own brown bag lunch.

HOW MUCH DOES CAMP MAKIN’ MUSIC COST?

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to have their voice heard. That’s why our tuition is priced accordingly. Our week-long camp is $399, which is hundreds of dollars cheaper than other band camps in the area. We look to support the arts of all kinds, and are happy to introduce our first-ever “band camp.”
